Lindsay Lohan Faces Grand Theft Felony Charges Today, Preps At A Salon

Look at Lindsay Lohan getting all prettied up at a salon here. She put in a lot of hair time at Byron Tracey’s in L.A possibly prepping for a mug shot. It’s still a picture, guys—and the day of reckoning is here. You know the story, Lindsay apparently filched a necklace from Kamofie & Company even thought she’s been baying to anyone who’ll listen that she’s innocent. Just like she was innocent of supposedly taking a $400,000 necklace from an Elle Magazine shoot, a $12,000 mink coat from an NYC nightclub and a $35,000 Rolex from a friend. All complete coincidences because SHE’S INNOCENT.
Lindsay’s facing grand theft felony charges today for the alleged necklace theft, but the prosecutor Danette Meyers is going to take all of the other thefts-that-weren’t (according to Lindsay) into account. So back into a courtroom Lindsay goes this afternoon, and the D.A’s rep Jane Robison says that bail will be decided by the judge if LiLo’s found guilty. But hey, at least she’ll look good!

Lindsay’s Rehab Friends Interrogated By Police Over Her Drinking

Man, does the LAPD have it in for Lindsay Lohan. Alleged battery victim Dawn Holland may not want to press charges against the former rehab resident, but cops hungry to throw LiLo in the slammer are reportedly giving  the third degree to potential witnesses of the scuffle. TMZ says police have interrogated Lindsay’s friend Adam Case numerous times, despite his repeated denials that he saw her drink or get violent. The case has allegedly been handed over to the DA, but why are they so determined to get Lindsay back in prison? It’s enough to make you believe in Randy Quaid’s “star whackers”!
It’s not like there won’t be plenty of temptations for her to break probation in the future. On top of Lindsay having Samantha Ronson as a next door neighbor, a Venice, CA apartment building owner has an electronic billboard announcing that “Lindsay’s moving 2 blocks from here.” It takes a village to wreck a former child star.

Could Lindsay Seriously Be Headed Back To Prison Already?

It might be out of the frying pan and into the minimum security women’s prison for Lindsay Lohan, due to probation violations connected to the slap-fight she instigated with a rehab technician last month. Less than a day after Lindsay was released from rehab, investigators allegedly want Lilo charged with battery for her late-night shoving match with Betty Ford Center employee Dawn Holland on December 12. The altercation constituted a violation of Lohan’s probation for her 2007 DUI conviction, which in part requires that she “obey all laws.” All of them? Every single one? Well that was setting the bar pretty high for Lohan, now wasn’t it?
Sheriff Joe Borja released a statement Monday indicating that authorities probing the incident would be sending their report to the Los Angeles County Probation Department this week…and it does not look good for Lindsay. “The investigation determined Ms. Lohan violated several aspects of her probation, including the battery [charge],” the Palm Desert Police Department said. Depending on the whims of  L.A. judge/Lohan’s archnemisis Elden Fox, the violation could land Lohan up to six months in jail. So here’s hoping Lindsay really enjoyed herself last night as she peered through the blinds at Sam Ronson’s house. It might be the last evening she spends out of a regulation orange jumpsuit for a long time.

Lindsay Lohan 100 Days Sober, Stalker Calls To Congratulate

First, the good news: Radar reports that Lindsay Lohan has been sober for 100 days! Yes, LiLo has managed to keep her pee clean ever since her September trip to jail for probation violation. If the star can make it through the holidays without any eggnog, she should probably be released from Betty Ford after New Year’s. “I hope she has a decade more,” Michael Lohan told the tab, presumably after doing the calculations and figuring he won’t need her to melt down again until 2021.
Sadly, not everyone is as supportive as Papa. TMZ says Lindsay’s afraid of a stalker after receiving cruel calls from an anonymous person who claims she’s being watched. Worried for their star patient, her caretakers have allegedly moved to undisclosed bunker and will cut down on her day trips. We’re guessing it’s either some desperate paparazzi who miss their drunken muse, or Emma Stone, worried Lindsay will try to take her career back.

Is This True? Lindsay Lohan On Dancing With The Stars ?

Please God, let this news be TRUE. In possibly the funniest news we’ve heard in a long time, RadarOnline is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is negotiating a stint on Dancing With the Stars. Being in rehab clearly hasn’t stopped her from planning a big entrance into the entertainment world. And if this is information is correct, she’ll be quickstepping, or cha-cha-cha’ing a comeback.
The story broke when a source revealed, “Lindsay has been talking with the DWTS people. She is definitely interested and considering being on the show.” Apparently the people at Betty Ford think all of this is a fantastic idea. Of course they do… any work for Lindsay should be considered a step up from her recent steep decline over the past few years. The source confirmed, “Lindsay’s treatment team thinks Dancing With the Stars would be a perfect transition back to work for her. She would have a set schedule everyday, would be occupied and would be very productive. Lindsay wanted their approval before proceeding in talks with the producers and she got it.”

Lindsay Lohan -- Hunting for a New Crib

Lindsay Lohan is finally ready to make a change ... when it comes to her living arrangements in Los Angeles.


Sources tell TMZ Lindsay believes her current apartment in West Hollywood is too accessible to fans, friends and paparazzi -- and she feels she needs a place that will afford her more privacy.

In fact, we're told Lindsay will be taking a short field trip from the Betty Ford clinic in Rancho Mirage this weekend and heading to L.A. -- so she can shop around for the next Casa de Lohan.

Our sources say Lindsay hasn't decided yet if she wants an apartment or a house -- but either way ... change is good.

Lindsay Lohan -- Back to Work

It may be Sunday, but it's a work day for Lindsay Lohan -- she's getting set to do a fashion shoot this afternoon ... TMZ has learned.


As we first reported, Lindsay has the blessing of Betty Ford to do a one-day photo shoot. Sources tell us that shoot will go down today ... not too far from the Betty Ford Center.

We're told the shoot is for a Russian-based clothing line called Kira Plastinina and we've been told the pics will end up in a major magazine.

Sources tell us Lindsay will get paid for the gig, though it is unclear how much.

Lindsay Lohan Has a Busy Weekend, Reunites With Her Dad

What a curveball this turned out to be. This weekend, low-key re-habbed Lindsay Lohan went to the movies. Unfortunately, Lindsay at the movies isn’t going to go unnoticed, and had to leave when the crowds spotted her. What a non-story, right? Well, what happened the next day made up for it.

Lindsay met her father, Michael Lohan, the very next day. And no, he didn’t break into Betty Ford, where Lindsay’s recuperating. This wasn’t forced at all because the two apparently spent hours together! Excuse us while we say, WTF? Lindsay’s been blaming her Dad for all her problems for years now. Michael on the other hand, has been chasing her down, siccing the media on Lindsay and her mom Dina Lohan. Lindsay even once said, “I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life.”

Lindsay Lohan Clothing Line -- Sketchy

Lindsay Lohan was worried her clothing line would go belly up if she went back into rehab -- but TMZ has learned the company is doing just fine with LiLo ensconced at Betty Ford ... thanks to some LiLo sketches.
 
As TMZ first reported, Lindsay told her probation officer she thought the company, 6126, would fall apart if she went back to inpatient rehab. But a source close to 6126 tells TMZ the company hasn't missed a beat ... because Lindsay has been sketching like crazy since checking into B.F.

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay doodled her designs for both the Fall 2011 collection and the Spring 2012 line.

We're told Lindsay is actually a micro-manager, approving almost every detail.

But we're thinkin' ... keep your eye on rehab, Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail, Gets More Rehab

Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced back to rehab until January 3rd 2011 at the earliest. Judge Elden Fox has also ordered her to receive drug testings between her release from rehab and her next court date set for February 25th. We’d say got off pretty easy, considering the D.A. was aiming to put Lindsay behind bars for 180 days. She also gets her SCRAM anklet removed this afternoon
This latest appearance is court comes as a result of her violating probation by failing two drug tests in September. Despite Michael Lohan’s assault last night, he was on hand to witness the sentencing, as was ex-wife Dina. Lindsay was understandably emotional as she read aloud a handwritten letter to the court, and by the end of the hearing she could only offer a tearful “thank you” to Judge Fox.
Although the choice between jail and rehab can’t be that difficult, we’re hoping that Lindsay’s desire to return to the Betty Ford Clinic shows that she really wants to change. We’re glad she’s going to a place where she can get the treatment she needs to heal.

Lindsay Lohan to Spend the Holidays in Rehab

Lindsay Lohan won't be going back to jail, but she will be spending the holidays in rehab. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox spared the 'Mean Girls' actress from more jail time on Friday, but instead ordered the troubled star back to the Betty Ford Center until Jan. 3. Fox was determining whether Lohan violated her probation in September when she admittedly tested positive for cocaine and Adderall in a pair of random drug screenings.
