Hollywood on Akshay`s mind

Akshay Kumar is set to be the first Indian actor ever to own an international production office in North America.

He in talks with Hollywood studios to join forces and open an international arm based out of US or Canada that will look at producing cutting edge films. Akki is already producing his first international project titled Breakaway, a film based on ice hockey that is being directed by Robert Lieberman. Though for this he has partnered with a big film company that has distributed movies like The Lord of the Rings trilogy and Kill Bill, Akki is looking to set up his banner's office soon there that looks at tie-ups, joint ventures, projects and fixes meetings for him. 

Doing everything from India is not only cumbersome but also delays things due to the time difference. Once full-fledged operations start, Akki will balance out his schedule in a way that he doesn't miss movies or promotions. The Khiladi admits he's chasing his dreams and does have projects in Hollywood but is reluctant to talk about it right now.
