We all know that Britney was on Glee and even though we’re not so much of a Gleek, we dug it. And we totally dug Heather Morris, whose ditzy cheerleader, in our opinion, steals the show. The girl can dance! And clearly Brit-Brit thinks she kept her legacy intact, because she decided to show her appreciation after the episode aired by sending her a present. Morris revealed, “She sent me flowers saying ‘Good job! Love, Britney’ so I’m gonna make her something and send it to her.” Squee!
Brit was so enamored of the show that she even live tweeted extensively while it was on. Heather specifically got some love too as Britney tweeted, “Awww Heather Morris is sooo cute! Brittany S Pearce. Ha! She was so fun to work with and was really sweet in person.” Morris doesn’t have a Twitter account but she got to hear about all the hoopla anyway, saying, “I don’t do Twitter but all the kids came on set that day and were like ‘Just so you know, Britney’s Tweeting about you and you’re number two on the trending topics’ and I got all these emails.” Oh the sweet taste of fame.
We’d totally be panicking about what to send as a return present. Because now that she’s said she was going to make something, she had better follow through. Time to get crafty, Heather!
